Fast learner, strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

I've learned much at the job I am working at now, whether in terms of working with people, or developing myself technically. I consider my current workplace challenging because of the number of staff distributed through the Johannesburg region. This presents unique difficulties such as security, endpoint management and having services available to them no matter where they are working.

Pros: Great company culture, overall strong emphasis on people. Flexible hours.
Cons: Lack of tech growth plan, no emphasis on developing new systems outside of what currently works, no bonus.

Good salary perks

A typical work day involved consolidating documents, data capturing and making calls to request outstanding documentation. I had a very good relationship with my co-workers, work felt like my second home. Data capturing taught me patience and persistence. The thing that I enjoyed most is working with my team, the most challenging aspect of the job was calling parents and requesting for documentation.

The classroom

The classroom setting is unique, it can feel like home and also have the restrictive ability of boxing one in. The environment of helping each other and care is comforting, however there are also many admin tasks and duties that take away from being focused in the classroom. I have learnt that I need to create more balance for myself. I may need some more flexibility, hence au pairing seems to be a good balance between teaching and being a driver with 5 years experience.

Great environment to work and grow .

The company was great place to work at and it had great leadership who were always interested in the growth of employees. The leaders will always give reviews to the subordinates in a monthly basis to review the KPI and also to guide them if they are still on the right path to achive their goals

Excellent learning curve.

One of the most exhausting and a very stressful place to be in, no security for jobs or growth opportunities are limited and they are more likely to exploit and destroy one's courage and motivation to do better. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone
