My day at work would consist of - Phoning members - quotations - following up on deliveries and getting delivery dates from the suppliers - negotiating discount structures with suppliers - sending out price increase letters to all members - selling products across the range to the members - making sure daily targets are met as well as monthly. I work very well within a team - I love people - I love building very strong relationships with the people I work with and also my members. The past two years working in my previous job, I've had so my personal grow - I have learnt so much about myself and my capabilities. I enjoy working for a company that has so much passion and drive to succeed - I enjoy challenges and learning new things daily. I believe we are faced with challenges daily - The most challenging one for was learning how to deal with stress and my emotions (I am a very emotional person) opportunity

Varied and vast experience within the multiple franchise credit control functions.

The opportunity to work it in a corporate group of companies. Daily liaison between branches & clientele's. Working and daily cooperation within the group office environment within a varied group of colleagues. Preparation of comments on recalcitrant accounts. Posting & allocation of payments received. Various journal entry. Processing correct settlement discounts. Chasing and collection of payments. Revising credit limits daily.

Pros: Varied franchise disciplines within the group's including revising credit limits, vetting and opening of new accounts in line with company procedures. General office office admin duties, banking and daily cash ups within the parts & service departments.
Cons: Looking for a new challenge to grow my experience/no growth or promotion opportunities

Mangement of the fleet ,Personal,Drivers and maintanence schedules includes tyres

Firstly the planning/ review for the previous day and shortfalls to the customer, lease with the customer any deviations and delays, lease with the customers the planning for the following two days. Documentation capturing and POD follow-ups or documentation issues. Workshop updates and service for vehicles the next seven days Fuel consumption for all vehicles Driver availability and scheduled off days for drivers Fatigue management Safety file and audit on the PPE for the depot Admin staff all invoicing up to date Vehicle monitoring system checks and updates Controllers and assistant controllers deviation reports on previous days operation The chemical side of the logistics operation is very intense and not one day is the same as the previous days activities I'm a strong believer of an open door management and interact with all personal including security guards

Pros: In the chemical transportation industry is not bounded to South Africa only but an internationally operation which makes the field very interesting
Cons: you have to understand that your cell phone is the best tool you have in this indistry never leave your phone off unless you are in church

Training and development while working with other . achievement

Personal development and training culture and believing in training culture ,of shoulder to shoulder training, we ended up like family with my co workers. strongly belive on learning on the go on a daily basis. learned to be patient with slow learners . I enjoyed winning the competition and achieving the manager of the year four times consecutive, as I was rdsult orientated. when people do wrong things in my absence as their manager .I have learned that as manager if you dont train others you may not be able to rest because you will be needed day and night. team work is a dream work. the better the training and teamwork results flows like Mountain stream. most challenging was to with people that are ignorant and not willing to ocercome fear of making mistake and correct via action plan .

Pros: working very hard to ladder of success.
Cons: I would work more hours aslong as there are customer that need my full attention to receive 100% total customer satisfaction

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE WORKING AT MOBAX GROUP AS A RE FIELD MAINTENANCE

- AM A HARD WORKER AND USED TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS AS MAINTENANCE DOES NOT HAVE NORMAL WORKING 24/7 - RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS WAS EXCELLENT WE USED TO ASSIST EACH OTHER WHERE THERE IS NEED ON AND OFF THE FIELD - I HAVE LEARNED A LOT ON ERICSSON EQUIPMENT AND WAS ENJOYING WORKING ON THE EQUIPMENT - I ENJOY THAT ON TELECOM'S YOU LEARN EVERYDAY AND YOU COME ACROSS CHALLENGES EVERYDAY THAT GIVES YOU MORE EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE - MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS IS WHEN YOU WORKING WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND

I am currently not working at the moment. I worked at planet fitness as a receptionist , had to leave due to my mother being sick and my dad being on a wheelchair.
