I have been woring at Vodacom (DR.CONGO), for One year as A IT Technician and I left the job because I should complete my B-Tech in computer system at vaal university of technology. Now I'm not working and I'm looking for a job.

Pros: Great opportinity to show my skills and get more experences.

Learn to understand all the cultures in our wonderful country.

I work alone seeing clients. There is a back up team in the office with them my task would be more difficult. There is a good competition among the agents if we do well the company does well. It is up to us to convince the client to sign and renew the bridged contact and explain to them why if they don't understand, and always remember that we work with people and their feeling, and to do it with respect. The best feeling is when the client thanks you that you have lifted aburden off of them. Sometimes there is a language barrier then I would ask for a trusted co worker to help in explaining the matter at hand. I meet people from all walks of life in this industry from a cleaner to a CEO I find that very satisfying.

Pros: Job satisfaction
Cons: No promotion and long hours
