No growth for learning

The company company has limited opportunities to grow and dont comply with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. The company doesn't promote teamwork as other members seemed to be more superior than others.

Excellent learning curve

It was a great learning curve because at the same company I was able to move from one position to another . That enable me to have a wider understanding of the IT world and how to give excellent customer service. There was no opportunities for promotions to higher positions.

Excellent hard working and devoted person all round

I I am an extremely hard worker. I give my all to my work. I am a good team player however I do not bring personal issues to work and vice versa. II am an extremely hard worker. I give my all to my work. I am a good team player however I do not bring personal issues to work and vice versa. I enjoy people and assisting others when I do not have work. I enjoy a challenge and am a hands on person. I can work individually or with a team. I am a go getter. I love assisting elsewhere if I can. Put a challenge in front of me and I will grap it with both hands. enjoy

Excellent learning curve

My last job was working as a Aftercare teacher .Most think that this is an easy job but I beg to differ. Besides for dealing with 3 or 4 different age groups of children ranging from 18 months up to 7 years you have to be-able to switch to adult mode when dealing with difficult parents and staff. There is a lot of organizing of activities and art and who must be where at what time with what age group of kids. Constant cleaning ,constant caring emotionally and otherwise for the children . Playing games ,singing .wiping away those tears when they missing mommy and daddy. There was also lots of admin involved ,sick notes , injury reports , staffing files , holiday leave and so on. It was a very rewarding job.

Pros: Getting hugs and love from children
Cons: Aftercare staff never get the recognition they deserve.
