It was a very good experience to be in a leadership position, and i enjoyed every minute of it.

I enjoy every minute at my previous company. I enjoyed working with the team of 126 staff member. we used to reach our deadline without any problems. I used to start at 06h00 in the morning and knock off between 17h00 and 18h00. I have learned that team work is a core of every business. you need to always make sure that you listen and pay respect to your staff. every time when I see my team full of energy it makes me happy. I knew for a fact that I would reach my target without any hassles. controlling cost was the most important aspect that I have to look at on a daily basis. making sure that my headcount is always controlled and rewarding and recognising the staff played an important role in my career as I have motivated staff who are barely absent from work place. I have opened a lot of branches country wide that were reporting directly to me and that showed a lot courage and strength amongst the team.

Excellent learning curve

Day starts with a site meeting to see what was done the previous day and what needs to be done on the day. We discuss any issues that might occur. I have an open relationship with my team in order for them to discuss any possible problems, we are a team and not individual workers. I tackle any challenge head on and try to solve problems systematically. I love the building industry, it's so satisfying to see where you've started a challenge, and when it's done, to look back and get that sense of accomplishment.

Pros: It's a great opportunity to improve my skills, I'm very passionate about the building industry and not 2 jobs are ever exactly the same, each project should be seen as a new challenge, a new project and should never be compared. The team you work with are your family and mutual respect is always a win win recipe

Excellent learning curve

I am a Certified Sage Evolution Practitioner, Cost Accountant & Internal Auditor, with a passion for figures and people. I have very good experience in the Financial sector, ranging from Manufacturing to Construction. I have excellent people skills, and act very good in a Senior roll, as I have good leader abilities and am passionate about my work. I am a trustworthy and very loyal person. I have good communication skills and are ably to resolve problems. I am passionate about reaching my targets, personally as well as professionally. I have been working as a Senior Manager for a Construction Company, for the last 4 years, being responsible for the Group's Costing Management, the Internal Auditing, the accounting system, Sage Evolution, and BI Report Writing.

Excellent working in the Temporary Employment Sector

Gained knowledge and experience working within all Divisions of the company. It is a fast pace working environment which becomes challenging at times but gratifying knowing you are able to cope with the demands of the industry fulfilling both customer and clients needs and requirements. Building relationships and working together as a team is key to succeed within this organisation. I mostly enjoyed working in Sales within the Key Accounts Division, gaining knowledge and insight to the business and working closely with the various stakeholders in ensuring business continuity and service delivery expectations are met. Most challenging moments are managing people as people are very unpredictable. However my character and determination as aided me to overcome these obstacles and deal with situations with much proffessionalism and business ethics.

Pros: The opportunity to grow as an individual within the organization
Cons: Working late hours, weekends and public holidays

Lmao. I am capable of working under and I am a very enthusiastic worker who is a hard worker and dedicated to my work. I am a bubbly person and enjoy working with people. I am capable of working under pressure and delivering spectacular results. I am a fast learner and am very keen to take to start working with the company as soon as possible I'm really keen to getting this opportunity to work with the company. I love to learn

In the last position I held I was a moderator and examiner for a company called Edustudy. Edustudy is a business school that focuses on the essential business skills like time management, project management, business ethics etc. I loved the environment because I am a keen learner and I am also presently learning Spanish just to develop a wider perspective on life.

Pros: Education can not be taken away from you.
Cons: Long work hours.

As a diligent worker who takes great pride in her work

Challenges per day creates good working experience and builds knowledge. Although I do not get involved with co-workers personal life aspects, I do believe in contributing to a pleasant working environment through good communication channels. With all my years of work experience, I have learnt to be patient but firm with co-workers. I really enjoy the positive change I can make to any working environment. The most challenging aspects of the job would be to work in a safe environment and to feel secure within my job due to the economic situation in our country.
