Excellent learning curve as there is a wide range of cases to attend to.

a typical working day includes attending to files which are to be drawn for that specific day and liaising with other attorneys and filing correspondences, we are a close knit group as there is only 3 of us at our office and we work as a team as each others duties are dependent on each member excelling at their work function. I've learnt a lot of administrative law which was challenging at first. The most challenging aspect would be maintaining an excellent relationship with clients as they are different individuals, some are easy to attend to; and some are difficult. I really do enjoy our monthly meetings where we reflect on what has been achieved and was is to be achieved going forward.

Pros: There is great room for promotion
Cons: Long working hours which require 100% attention to detail.

FLEXIBLE AND ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE

It's nice to be around in the office environment, we all work together and there's only three people in my office, we work unsupervised most of the time and we always give our employer excellent result and I hope this company will grow and create more employment opportunities for other people
