Good experience

Good learning curve

I woI work in a commercial laboratory, it's always a busy day but I defeat the busyness by planning. I dont compromise our turnaround time. Should I finish earlier than others I go and assist so that we can leave at the same time. I have learnt to work in a group and as an individual, good communication skills. I have also learnt how to use laboratory equipments such as maldi, autoclave, and etc.I love the job that I'm doing because we save lives. Started an Approved Inspection Laboratory. Overseeing AIA daily .

Working very hard and training Analyst was the most thing enjoyed. Sharing my experiences with the juniors was the most thing tha I enjoyed and working with confidence on the laboratory that I started is also making me proud of myself.

Pros: Opportunity to learn; explore different methods used in Air Monitoring processes. and further my studies
Cons: Long working hours
