I am deligent intellegent and a hardworker , . i am a good team leader
Workflow is always at a high level and i always advise my staff to perform their best but also pay attention to detail and be accurate,as a team laeader i always set new goals and targets for each new day and motivate my staff to acomplish these goals and their daily task i always advise them that we should work smarter and not harder, i have learned that clients can be very difficult and one should not get to their level instead you should calm them down and bring them to your level and you will get much sorted.We get humans that always tend to do things on the last minute i have learned to push my myself a bit harder when receiving late registrations rather assist and wor harder then to ;loose a client.
Pros: I can become an asset to any work place or organization
Cons: Put inextra and assist when needed even if it does not fall under my Job description

Worked as Administrator at NOSA in the Auditing and Inpection Services
I worked as Administrator at NOSA in the Auditing and Inpection Services, i have a very good relationship with myco-workers. I have learned a lot from them and also got the chance to get traing on HSE which allowed me know much more about HSE and i enjoy working around people and making everything is done accordingly.

Excellent i have learned a lot
Very good and I enjoyed almost every day, they are all professional. I wanted to roted in all finance deoartment but unfortunately I couldn't, I had a chance to work as part of credit control and financial administrator. I enjoyed invoicing most.I didn't find anything challenging.

Excellent
Great working environment and disciplined with a good work structure and following standard operating procedures in place and strict time frames.Client services is a must always keeping clients happy and assisting for their needs.

NOSA
Very organised, I have set tasks and I manage them timeously, when adhoc tasks arise I also able to accommodate. Professional relationship with senior management, co workers more friendly as this works better for us. I have learnt about accreditation and the various SETAs. Working with my co workers and doing what I do. We have inherited a back log of courses that have not been registered with the SETA's and the students who are reliant on their results are up in arms.

Learning curve
Receptionist and administrator,assisting walk in clients and booking clients on the system,working closely with a branch coordinator and facilitators.i have learnt to to work with clients telephonically and face to face.i enjoy interacting with clients and assisting them..what’s challenging is having to deal with clients that just pitch in the morning of training without making a booking and having to make sure that we accomodate that client

Team player
I ensure that all my morning obligations are completed (sending out reports and completing cashflows). Then I get my cup of coffee/hot water to start my day. Any colleague that needs my assistance will let me know. I work in a very interactive team that supports each other as much as we can. Each day I work towards reaching my deadlines on time (weekly & monthly). I truly enjoy how we are not micro managed by our management and they are able to assist us with even the smallest problems we face (Work & personal at times).

Good working environment
I work with different people everyday and I enjoy it I meet different people from different backgrounds, cultures and race and I get to learn two or more things about other people so I'd say its a very good environment, I learn a lot from my colleagues and clients.

Excellent
- Doing reviews for Contractors. - Doing site Audits - Compiling reports - Consulting for contractors - Vetting I travel the whole of SA doing audits for Vodacom subcontractors mostly. I have learnt that team work is important and credibility is important. I also learnt that as an Auditor your responsibility is to assist and advise rather than breaking down contractors. The biggest challenge is dealing with contractors who think they know it all.
Pros: Great Opportunity
Cons: Too much travelling
