Dynamic company- legal entity

A beautiful company to work fir. Processes are in place and the culture is inclusive. The organization is consistently looking for ways improve engagement and resolve challenges caused by the effects of working from home because of COVID-19

Payroll and my passion

I joined the company in January and have tried to implement process to ensure that payroll is run smoothly. I oversee the Directors , Associate and Tanzania payrolls. I also try and help out where ever i can with queries, etc. I also run all the General interfaces and ensure payroll is balanced and variances accounted for. I Love working in payroll and all the daily challenges that come with it each day a new challenge but ensuring everything is done timorously.

New opportunity to expand my knowledge of Business Analysia from the Legal Industrie onwards

Experience include the private and public sector in the fields of HR, Payroll, Labour Law, HR Admin, Business Analysis and system troubleshooting and customization. Holding a degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour law, Honours degree in Strategic HR, with exception to do a Masters degree.

Excellent experience gained

Excellent learning curve and experience gained in the HR field I gained a lot of administrative skills and working in a team I also did a lot of filling of employee data documents and working with onboarding and off boarding of staff was interesting the challenging aspect is that most of the of the Workflow and data in a HR department is highly confidential and information can rarely be discussed with other departments

Cons: The work in environment is great and the firm has a great winning and positive and innovative and informative culture

Good company to work at.

- Early work day - There is no work/life balance - Steady consistent work. - The team itself is able to provide the service its department needs to, despite obstacles that prevent in providing even greater service to the firm. - Dealing with incompetent secretaries - Team enthusiasm to get the job done.

Excellent learning curve

I'm a good problem solver, analytical. Take attention to detail. Always a challenge working with people mostly in a women dominated department. But I always remind myself I'm there to work no to build relationships
