I firstly give of the most powerful, positive energy when I walk and talk at the company that I am employed with.It is very important for me to give off this positive energy as I am responsible for 40 staff members, in my leadership role my energy could affect many people in either a positive or negative way. Typical day- Have a goal,know what it takes to achieve the goal, prepare the people for the goal and achieve the goal. I have learnt that anything is possible,have a plan, execute the plan and work together as a team with purpose and you will succeed.

Good learning experience
Working 5 days a week(4hours a day). Good relationship with my co-workers. Learnt working under pressure and provide people with the best solution and help I can give to deal with their debts. Enjoy helping people for as much as they need my help. Giving a debtor some easiest solution of paying off their debts and they start swearing but it also makes me understand that not everyone needs your help it makes me stronger and have so much faith and love in what I do.

Good learning experience

What I know now is what the above mentioned company has thought me.
I am a young dedicated hard working person who believes in the ability to achieve anything I put my mind too. I enjoy working with people and getting along. I am a team player and I also assist there where I can or am needed I always try to the the best at what I am assigned to do. Everyday will not be a good day as we all have our bad days but in cases like that I always tend to stay positive and do what is expected of me. Over the few years being in the corporate world I have learned how to work alongside with people how to handle situations regarding what is expected of one. I have a good communication skills and what I do enjoy is providing excellent customer service to clients making them feel very special and that we ought to provide them with that they want. I always go the extra mile when it comes to customer service.

Excellent learning curve
It's not easy to work in a collection industry but I like work that challenges me it makes me think outside the box and I consider myself a productive worker

Seeking new development
I'm a legal secretary supervisor and my duties are as follows: Making sure all the data capture team updated all the post that came back from our couriers. Checking legal secretaries all the work they drafted for the previous day before we can dispatch to our correspondence attorneys. We dealing with Magistrate and high court matters. Checking their key performance indicator and their Quality assurance.

No more growth
I learned a great deal about collections and management at this firm. I have however reached my ceiling for growth. From a labour law perspective they do not treat their employees fairly and everything comes down to money and the bottom line.
