I always take initiative beyond my job specification and always willing to learn everyday

Im a peoples person and love to work with people because u learn everyday we share ideas at all times our relationship is professional and i learn that if you dont know something you must ask put aside the ego because it wont get you anywhere, what enjoy about my work is that we get to know different people everyday because its a retail and we get to hear the point of views and their complains and compliment it quiet amazing an lastly my most challenging aspects is deadline especially if its busy or month end and im studying finance partime but i love each and every moment thank you.

Pros: I would love to get promoted at some point
Cons: Long working hours

Good learning Experience

I have a system in which I upload all staff and I on a daily basis up date this system. I am also P.A to the store manager and I controll the cash office with regards to banking and petty cash. I balance all cashier and make sure the petty cash is in order. I deal with queries with regards to the cash office when it comes to shorts and overs in their cash ups. My HR department , I report to my HR Manager when it comes to termination,recruitment,seta training and payroll. I am responsible for all staff filing,making sure that they are up to date, all contracts are signed, disciplinary inquiries,ordering of uniforms,loan given to staff,Provident Funds. I have a good relationship with my staff. When it comes to queries I try my best to solve them.I have been in retail for a long time and I have move from a cashier to HR Manager. As a HR Manager I have gained alot of experience with regards to the labour law act.
