Great stepping towards career objective

My job entails handling matters as they come to the HR department. It is a fast paced environment where I have to be on my toes on a daily basis. I have learnt that I am a resilient individual and can work well under pressure. I have also learnt that you need to be on top of your game to achieve your goals through keeping up the trends in your career.

Pros: Great platform to showcase your skills
Cons: Lack of consistency due to lack of proper procedures in place.

Great platform to showcase my ability

My current job is a fast paced environment which has little or no room for error. There processes and procedures which have to be followed which are set out by government. The workforce is very friendly and work as a team.

Pros: Hard work is recognised and rewarded
Cons: There is no overtime payment

Excellent learing Curve

It has been a wonderful experience to work for the board. I have accumulated an load amount of skills which have help me to grow in the corporate world. I have learnt to work directly with the Premier, MEC, Board Members, CEO including Senior Managers and fellow colleagues on certain projects. I was given the opportunity to explore and present new ideas to the Organisation. Challenges were a few, which were actually miner problems as I could attend to them quickly in a professional manner.

Pros: great experience opportunities
Cons: Overtime
