I feel it would be a great platform for growth as I am very interested in learning new things.

A day at North South of would be mostly doing breakfast and lunch orders during working hours of 6:30 till 8pm. Prepartion and cleaning hygiene standards are kept regularly. Thinking on your feet and working under pressure aswell. I am a team player and get on very well with staff . I also stepin when the head chef is away with baking and stock take and receiving and ordring goods. I have learnt to multitask and pateince in this industry as customers sometimes have demands . I enjoy plating and creating dishes. Challenges is lack of comunication on other staff members so at some points I will complete a task even if it wasn't delegated to me so that the workngets done and doesn't slow down orders coming out.

Pros: Get to try own ideas
Cons: Off days are limited one day a week
