Answering incoming and outgoing calls, Calculate maintenance stock month end and send to H/O. Compile reports; calculate daily production and monthly stock production Compare to IMS system and submit reports to management, keep tight control of all suppliers invoices make GRV’s and submit to the manager for authorization. Make schedule of all the suppliers monthly and reconciliation with statements; make follow up on outstanding orders.Check every department expenses to avoid over spending on budget monthly. Make up weekly expenditure per Department, accumulate spreadsheets for fuel, oil, chips, shavings and bark issues, and reconcile, Filling, capture data, faxing, and emailing, scanning, Photocopying.

Pros: most of the time safety and production first that can help in growth and stayble job
Cons: lack of communication can destroy the company

- When getting 100% target achievment at your compeny and client is happy with your services. When attending workshops and receiving certificates at the end off the day. When the client tells you you have a good product and seeing your products being used by the clients , but Most important is that you can use the gift that God gave you and make a good living for your family and those around you.
