A Wonderful Experience

The experience has been great, learning about a completely new design , meeting new people and working with global team members has been both challenging and a lot of fun . The company is growing in the country and therefore it is currently at a very intimate stage, it feels like a family that is working together. I have learnt so much in the past 2.5years. I especially enjoyed the appreciation of talent and the reward of excellent work, on an ongoing basis, not only during feedback sessions. I would recommend this organization for people who are looking to learn, travel, see different places, meet different people, not necessarily for family people

Pros: The company recognizes and rewards real hard work, and is not biased. i.e. age, familiarity, race, gender etc.
Cons: Short Term Contracts and all the Projects are in remote areas, minimal family life

Additional Information

I am currently working in a very good environment. Supporting the Project Managers with Admin support. We are a hard working team of ambitious people with problem solving and great planning skills.

Manufacturing and Construction Company development of wind turbines

Development and Manufacture of wind turbines at the factory and erecting them at the wind farm. I am the HSE officer for Nordex at the Factory that is based in Prieska, and over 300 employees working on site

Pros: Great leader, always looking to learn something new
Cons: hours is long
