Great working environment

Working for my Organisation is very rewarding in that I get to make a difference in many children's lives. My colleagues often tell me that I am very resourceful and can rely on me for any thing. I always go the extra mile. I am a team player The only challenge is that cost of living has gone very high and I need to look at a more sustainable opportunity I have always had a passion for adding value to people's lives as well as making a difference for the organisations I work at. I am a dynamic, self-motivated individual who is experienced in many areas of the learning and development fraternity. I enjoy travelling and exploring different cities, areas and nature. It is time for me to explore other opportunities and continue adding value elsewhere.

Cons: Salary is not sustainable considering the long hours that you have to put in

Encourages one to be confident

The company encourages one to be confident and s outspoken. It also teaches one to be punctual and to be neat at all times. It's has been a wonderful experience working for Noordwyk Secondary school and they have also given me an opportunity to learn more about the position of being a teachers assistant.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning.
Cons: Long working hours
