CAN GET QUITE BUSY BUT DEALING WITH PATIENTS ON A DAILY BASE HAS TAUGHT ME ALOT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GIVING PATIENTS THE UTMOST ATTENTION THAT THEY SEEK.I LEARNT THAT THAT NO MATTER WHAT THE PATIENT ALWAYS HAS THE FIRST SAY BUT THEY CAN BE CORRECTED AND GIVEN THE BEST ADVISE TO THEIR ADVANTAGE AND WHAT I ENJOY THE MOST IS THAT EVERYDAY MIGHT BE A CHALLENGE BUT I GET TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERYDAY.

Pros: DEALING WITH DIFFICULT CLIENTS ON A DAILY BASES BUT MAKING SURE THAT THEY LEAVE WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE
Cons: WORKING OVER TIME TO KEEP THE PATIENT HAPPY WITHOUT EXPECTING AN OVERTIME SALARY

Great

What i do in a day is fill out patient cards assist with frame choices, order the spectacles required with labs capture patient details on the system. Confirm medical aid benefits sending claims to medical aid. Follow up with labs,patients and medical on progress. add stock(frames &contact lenses)do stock take monthly cash up daily manage accounts of suppliers.Deal with patient queries.Do debt collecting
