Excellent learning experience

Managing over 105 workers, my day is spent monitoring and supervising entire department. Due to a good relationship with my employees I manage to deliver services rendered by the municipality. My years as the HOD: Social Services I have learnt to firm on all my employees and maintain your professional relation at all cost.

Daily working

I'm currently working as Scm account with 3 people reporting to me the acquisition,demand and contract officers which mean I'm supervising 3 duties. I'm doing monthly reporting,attending queries ,preparing tender document,advert and drafting tender specification.i enjoy my duties

Pros: There is a little chances for promotion becuase the working condition changes from time to time after the local government elections took place.Especial as the supply chain we are the most official who got affected
Cons: The working hours are fixed to 8 hours per day although you can't just leave your work unfinished because of time

Excellent working skills, enjoying working in groups.

I'm in hold in Business Administration (SCM) I completed my study's 2019 it a diploma, nd hand completed my work in progress in Bantou Empire Marketing started 01 dDecember-01 January 2020.

Pros: Great opportunity to convince clients
Cons: Working overtime
