Exelent learning curve

Every day has its own challenge as one worked individually with clients and traveled most of the time when back at office you enjoyed time with co-worker's when working independent one has to be more clued up with what your doing in that current field talking up new challenges and testing new software and hardware and sort out glitches without any formal training was a daily challenge one has to cope with without any supervision or assistance neither from client or their suppliers or senior staff members job was more added on achieving numbers than a happy customer or up skilling staff to deliver a more sufficient quality type of customer service and a customer dictating and controlling staff and supervisors even taking over management roles and making decisions on their behalf

Pros: No formal learning oppertunerties and lack of management looking after employees
Cons: Long driving distances

Excellent learning curve

I must that working at Modern Tower each day was exciting because each day I've learned. I was working from 08:h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday. I had good relationship with my co-workers. I've learned dream big and I've learned that to receive, you must give.. I've enjoyed the good relationship with the boss and the other coworkers. The most challenging aspects was to make that all the customers are certified.

Good communication skills

I am good at communication skills and interpersonal skills as well as computer literacy.i live working with people and doing something good for results because I believe in striving for the best .I dedicate time and use all the efforts to persuade all challenges that a come across and be passionate about the given work to do.i always try to fight for the best outcomes in every field i come across and use all my potential to do so. Insightful with a lot of learning opportunities

No day is the same here, there are many challenges and opportunities to learn and work with all sorts of people. Everyone has been friendly and approachable, willing to help where things seem difficult. I’ve learnt to polish my time management skills and work under pressure . The thing I enjoy the most is the everyday challenges that work brings, seeing my clients satisfied with my work. The most challenging aspects of the job is not meeting customer or client satisfaction and having to deal with conflict.

Excellent learning curve

The good things The Opportunities to grow and develop were all at hand for those who wanted them. The conditions were good, camp was reasonable. Management were reasobale at the EBA bargining. The 2/1 roster was quite reasobale, wit frequent fly miles obtainable for all flights. the plant was new clean and commisioned well. The challenges The drive from the camp to my plant was 45 mins, but the bus drive was Pleasant. The new plant caused some issues in commisioning but this was an enjoyable processas this was my 1st commisioning venture
