I HAVE MORE EXPERIENCE

we work hand in hand with my co-workers team. I Feel free when i am work we work like brothers and sisters. sometimes i feel under pressure when i have a lots of work when i have dead lines. I learned a lots when its come to deal with the customer services. Challenges faced from my previous employers mentioned in my cv, prepared me to persevere, not to give in easily and commit to the tasks given to me. I am a stable person both in my private and professional life. I often work independently without supervision. I have an excellent set of values which include integrity, honesty, punctuality, reliability and great deal of trust and responsibility is placed upon me. I do my work with open eyes and ears, that has made me to learn new things and cope easily with pressure as my present job consists of disruption and matters that need urgent attention

Excellent learning curve

my company is not as huge like other meat companies so it is easier to get a long with all my employees. the working hours are a little bit heavy at times but i manage to cope.

Pros: internal promotions happen every month
Cons: work load is a lot since we're a small company
