I currently working at Nology as Network Technician My duties are as follows:  Testing, problem solving and solution development of customer specific (customized).  Provide a 2nd line technical support contact point for all customers.  Knowledge of integration, implementation, and maintenance of products you are responsible for in the client environment.  Attending all tickets(logged calls)  Testing the full feature test of the routers  Setup a VoIP account on the router and ensure that account registered

It was a good learning experience, i was in involved Helpdesk support, warranties and QC

I was working for Nology doing different roles Heldesk support , warranties and the last postion was Quality Control. I have bee doing the helpdesk support and returns of routers for repairs in the past 4 years then i got promoted to QC supervisor. I did not receive any external training for the Qc but only internally, however it was excellent journey with my team and the company

Pros: When i was promoted to be Supervisor
Cons: When we had big orders and stock needs to be reworked, we used to work on weekends

Well learning curve

It is a very good experience working for Nology they gave opportunity to learn about wireless network and Troubleshoot, it is a great environment to work in everyone is friendly, I enjoyed knowing how to configure Routers and Android Lit Tv box

Pros: Well trained staff
Cons: Limited knowledge
