Always Learning

My starts at 8:00 with a cup of coffee and emails then drafting a to do list of the day and in between that my boss will call and give new orders or request an update, my senior colleague will call and we will spend minutes if not an hour discussing how to fix whatever we'll be working on at that time. I code until everyone leaves especially if there's a deadline(I'm the only programmer in the company).

Pros: Great opportunity to advance my skills
Cons: longest working hours ever
