My typical day at work, starts at 8am, log on to outlook and go through the emails in the inbox's that am responsible for, respond to urgent one, capturer the ones that need to be captured on to the clients files, forward those that aren't mine to to the individuals that the emails are meant for. Querie the suspended accounts of clients from the creditors, and send the legal documents through to creditor. We have a good working relationship with my co-workers, our work requires us to work as team because once I get information from a creditor about a certain account, I have to alert the person who is responsible for that account through telephone, email, and note's on the system. Have learnt alot about the NCR, legal side of debt review and consumer laws, I enjoy being able to assist clients and interacting with different people every single day, the most challenging part about this job is theres alot of work but now pay.

Good working condition

Its good working place where any one can enjoy working there and the co worker are also good to communicate with, the problem is that there's no basic salary you get paid by the client you bring in

Pros: Great opportunity for working experience
Cons: Lot of disappointment by client
