Excellent Opportunity

I am a goal-oriented person who needs to interact with people daily. Facilitating and Quality Assurance have been a very close and important part of my life and it is important to me to help people grow and develop. I have the ability to take charge of a situation and enjoy challenges. I am able to communicate very successfully at all levels of management as well as with clients and individual staff. Learning from previous experiences and running my own Business as an Independent Contractor for many years I am able to recognise problems and have a subtle way of dealing with people. I am a passionate and positive person with an interest in people and their development, I am a self-starter who enjoys training and motivating others. Being an extrovert I have a particular aptitude for training and bringing out the best in others and takes pride in contributing to the business’ success in that way.

Excellent Growth and Development opportunity

A typical Work day for me would be to facilitate Learnerships and Skills Programmes at different companies on different levels. Collecting Evidence and Pre-Assessing of POE's. Motivating learners to achieve their best. I am a goal-oriented person who needs to interact with people daily. Facilitating and Quality Assurance have been a very close and important part of my life and it is important to me to help people grow and develop. I have the ability to take charge of a situation and enjoy challenges. I am able to communicate very successfully at all levels of management as well as with clients and individual staff. results, doing so persuasively, in a friendly and supportive influence on others, while being firm, direct and self-assured in dealing with people.
