Fitter with Foreman Papers

Hi I did work as Fitter for sixteen year and six year as foreman ,My work was supervision over 85 people and my budget was R800000.00 pm to run my section and do my planning and labour and stock contol and do maintenance.Im enjoying to work with people and new challenges and projects.My relationship with my co- workers is very good and treat people with respect and want the same from them.My most challenging aspects of the job is perfection and keep my workers happy because a happy worker is a good worker.My tipical work day is start the day with a praying with my team and after that a good safety meeting and planning of the days work and the inspection and assistens to my team .Most enjoy of my work is proud of my team and work.

Leadership

I like tio buld and repair en maitain thaings and like to work with people.Tipical work day is start my day with a meeting with my team and do planing and safety with them.Igot good relationship with my people my saying is a happy worker is a good worker.My most chellenging aspect is to do the work right and on time.

I studies Human Resource and i want to build up as much as possible experience in that field.

I do not have a job at this moment, but i am pushing myself to be employed as soon as possible, so if your organisation accepts me then i will give my apsolute best in this company. And will also come up with new ideas that will drive this company with all employees at the success it deserve. I worked at some places the one place i were an secretary at Bergrivier Hostel and i also learned alot of things in that job .

Excellent learning opportunity

Hard work,respect people working with as a team,I m available anytime, I can even work on holidays,overtime and I can work under pressure,I don't drink beer no smoking ,self discipline is my first choice to everyone.I wish to learn more on duties and spent more time on it finding solution and confluit
