Daily planning and reporting to junior staff and executives was a must The team was highly motivated and if there was conflict it was handled promptly and efficiently in order to create opportinuties for team working smoothly if you are not following a plan that involves everyone you may find yourself in trouble hence through delegation of tasks plans were implemented successfully Upskilling people and leading an efficient teant team makes me hapoy. We lead by example and hence I work on myself daily in order to get best results oyt the team by working ony my approach daily Change curve can be difficult if not communicated immediately hence it should be a prioty Apologies if there spelling errors, this portion of the foem seems blank

Cons: Unpaid overtime for top management with no time offs

The company treats it's employees very well it's nice place to spend your hours without being bored at all I would rate at ilas number one as one of the best companies I ever met in my life

but while I was still working I was exposed to different chemistry techniques

I have the knowledge and understanding of the international standards (such as ISO 17025, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and others), Wet Chemistry techniques for quantitative and qualitative analysis, water based polymer development, Instrumentation in Atomic and Molecular spectroscopy

Pros: Pros in that company was to become a Senior Technitian
Cons: I was working 8 hours or 12 hours
