Company gives you a chance in life

This is a big automotive company with several divisions. Normal vehicle sales, day to day rentals and long term vehicle rent to buy options. This company will give you a chance when no-one else will. However, there is not much room for growth and salary increases also do not just happen without requests from staff and no bonuses or any other perks are paid. The only consistent culture at this company is change. However if you do bring your side and prove yourself, management will always support you

It is a job and puts food on the table and that's it.

This company is a very well known established company, but unfortunately no room for growth or benefits. Long hours with less that basic pay for some staff unfortunately and I do not see myself settling in here but I am hanging in there because I must work. It's a lot of work and extra hours with no incentives or recognition. I need to buy a house and can't qualify on this salary. I am dedicated and extremely hardworking and I know will be an asset to any company.

Pros: No opportunity for growth
Cons: Work every day more than enough to keep you busy.

Fine company to work for, but No benefits and limited chances of growth

Good company to work for,. Management gives you quite a bit of freedom , however the room for growth is very limited. Benefits are limited to a salary and that is it. No bonuses, no salary increases, no pension or provident funds wtc

Fast learner ,hard worker

I create orders and process invoicing once goods are received, I reconcile accounts ,load eft s and order stationery and all else that the finance manager requires. We are a big company and also do a lot of internal accounts. Close knit with my colleagues. Learnt a lot about the motor industry .enjoy working with the financial manager as he has thought me a lot. A lot of pressure at times and deadlines but it's a real challenge and I love challenges

Learnt working on pastel and have great colleague's we don't get bonuses

No personal information to give about company to discussall ok nothing to say about them. I rather not talk or say anythingwirds Rome today going to s good place
