Currently working NMI DSM as an HR Officer

I am currently working for a company that sells not only luxury vehicles but different brands. I have grown tremendously over my years of service. I love working with people therefore HR is the career path I have choosen. I have strong adminstrative and cognitive skills. I work in a team yet I work independently as I process my own company payrolls.I have learnt that all my staff must be treated equally and policy implementation must be consistent if we want and require our business to thrive.I have maintained excellent working relationships with management and staff and I continue to do so. A typical work day starts at 7.30 and logs of at 5 but multiple tasks are completed and resolved in that time frame. My most challenging aspects would be getting management to comply so staff will follow process but I have placed strict processes in so my management are fully aware of the standards of work I require.

Pros: I would love to grow and be groomed into a management position
Cons: Often time given and hours worked goes unrecognized.

A CORPORATE COMPANY THAY STRIVES FOR CLIENT SATISFACTION

I am a financial professional with over 10 years in the field. My knowledge of the ins and outs of motor finance is vast and I thoroughly enjoy the work. As the Finance Manager with NMI-DSM I oversee a team of sales executives and run the finance process from application to pay out. I have a strong grasp of motor finance procedures as well as the laws and governance surrounding motor and asset finance. Working under pressure

My reviews, working there gave me a good and bad experience. One good one was that I had to understand different races. To be patient and to be never hide my fears. They had that platform to be open to the stuff.

Pros: Being the only one doing the Creditors Clerk never gave me enough time to look at some possible great opportunities promotion. But I always wanted to grow in my career.
Cons: 8 hours a day

Excellent learning curve

Excellent place to learn various aspects of the business. I have grown from just creditors to bookkeeping and accounting. Also a bit of administration in sales, learnt a lot on the operating system.

Pros: learn a lot in different aspects
Cons: month end hours and financial year end hoirs are very long
