The company has groomed me to be excellent in my work and working with people.
I endured what I am doing on daily basis and dealing with members of the my fund., under my portfolio. Not only member but the brokers,consultant and trustees of the fund. As at times I do consulting for other clients that needs clarity regarding their company's funds., which is provident, pension and retirement funds And also the risk policies. As the funds needs to be properly and accurately taken care of and invested within the agreed SLA. Take care if the claims which needs to be paid in time without any complications or tranfered to other receiving fund, referring to the Section 14. Lastly compiling benefit statements which members needs view,annually or once after 6 months. As the members of the funds needs to view how their share of funds movement and etc. Kind regards.

Accelaration in skills, knowledge and education
My today duties are to administer my portfolio. I have 17 participating employers. As a result, i deal with 17 different Human resources/ payroll. I process reonciling of these funds, sign off disinvestments, tax applications and process payments of claims, retirements, resignations, death claims and divorce orders. I have learnt a lot at NMG, i have educated myself i have acquired the education the industry requires. I have acquired skills and knowledge and i am confident i would be able to succeed in the position you are hiring for. The culture and the people have made it possible to enjoy working at NMG benefits for many years It is a great company. I mastered the ins and out of business am now looking for new challenges and responsibilities. I have worked many years at NMG and most challanges have become easier for me. I do not have the most challenging apart from when power goes, then it is difficult to work

Excellent learning curve
Nmg benefits is a good company to work for,A good atmosphere to be in.Every morning when i get in I check if everything is up and running and take a walk to the floors to check on users.Myself and my team update each other on every projects every Tuesday and we get to know where each one of us is on their projects.have learnt a lot ,desktop setup network monitoring,server monitoring,setting up wifi routers,supporting and managing applications.Making sure the network is stable is fundamental.

Amazing company
Every day is different and everyone is really nice and willing to help. Even management makes your day with a concerned question or glance your way to make sure all is well. Extremely understanding and great company to work for. Just wish I could have stayed longer.

Great learning experience
I work for Accounts team under the admin department and i am doing the following: • Calculate, reconcile and process monthly expenses (admin fees, reinsurance premiums and adhoc fees) • Bank reconciliation • Clearing suspense accounts • Updating Ledger accounts • Reconcile contribution and outstanding contribution monthly • Approve interest on outstanding/late contributions monthly • Process investment/disinvestments and switches on a monthly basis • Maintained cashflow • Preparing quarterly SARB reports • Compile Trustee cash flow statement quarterly • Compile Investment and disinvestment cash flow

Excellent learning curve
Very busy from morning until end of day.Enjoy helping co workers achieve their goals and target.Enjoy ensuring clients are happy and satisfaction from clients are always welcome.Most challenges are there however support is very minimal from leadership

Working at Nmg is nice id say as it is a good environment to work in and the people working there are kind. at times the work is too much as we deal with to many companies but all in all we get it finished. The group i work with is energetic and ensures that when facing difficulties they assist.
