Personal Assistant- available immediately. Salary Expectation: Between R18-R28k ctc.

A typical work day would be starting with a morning meeting with my Director. Thereafter the morning would compromise on attending to any urgent matters that has arisen out of this meeting, attend to any diary appointments that need to be set up and any urgent travel arrangements that need to be made. The day unfolds with meeting out with the Maintenance Team to coordinate their movements for the day and set up any appointments that need to be made for them. Typing of any letters and minutes of meetings and attending to emails that have come in or any other matters requiring my attention. No day in the life of a PA is never the same. I have learnt to think out the box and be very resourceful, to work well on my own unsupervised and to prioritize my day accordingly. I love organizing and being creative, working with people. Enjoying what I do best. The most challenging aspect is dealing with conflict situations. You learn to listen and show empathy and find a resolution where all benefit.

Pros: I was able to be a Personal Assistant and Project Maintenance Co-ordinator. My goal has always been to better myself and look for areas where I can grow into a new position or even a management position.
Cons: The hours can be long and sometimes you are required to work overtime but for me its for the love of the job and all I really ask for is the respect and recognition of a Thank You at the end of a day.

Excellent learning curve to

My work entails processing forex payments, within cut of times. My relationship with colleagues is great as I have to liase with customer service consultants and branches for information I may require from clients. I have learned that trust is earned and it is great pillar for a well established relationship.
