Excellent Environment for Growth

I do setting out, supervising, and general constriction administration I have good relations with my co-workers because I subscribe to the idea of leadership first, that means try to set the standard in behavior and excellence. I've learnt a lot about quality work and quality assurance. I enjoy the supervising and hands on approach to work philosophy of the company. The most challenging part of the work is getting people with history and relationships within the workplace and company to adhere to new ways of working, especially when you are new yourself in the company.

New exsperience ,working with the people of the nothren cape

As I am working in the northern cape ,its been the people ,I enjoy the most ,my most challenging aspects in my work, has been the young and not so experienced leaders on the site ,when coming to people working skills and the knowledge of site safety .

Pros: getting to know the people of the Nothren Cape
Cons: no furture no way forward
