My name is Nthabiseng Sambo from Pretoria, I am a highly resourceful, flexible, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic individual who possesses considerable knowledge regarding administrative and office procedures. I like challenges and I am a quick learner who can absorb new ideas and is experienced in coordination, planning, organising a wide range of administrative activities and training of staff. I have work as a nurse, paramedic, plant administrator, quality administrator, payroll clerk and archiving clerk. Well organised and an excellent team player with an ability to work proactively in a busy office environment. I am able to exhibit confidentiality, discretion, tact, diplomacy and also professionalism when dealing with management and staff members. I am able to be an integral member of an administrative and clerical team.

Good learning experience

I am site manager having experience in general building and civil engineering construction sites, with more than 10 years experience I am generally a hard working individual who love challenges and I’m always thriving to be the best in everything I do. I truly believe that to be a competent site manager you need to give 101% and put your client’s needs first. I’m always looking at ways to en-better my skills as a site manager thus the willingness to learn and expand my knowledge. I can proudly say that I’m a good site manager who is dedicated to his job who believes in client satisfaction, the passion for what I do as well as the love of working with people drive me. I have a lot to offer because of the experience I have gained over the years and I would be a valuable asset to any company.

Good lerning curve

Hard working, eager to learn and ready for a challenge. I have the ability to work under pressure and thrive on new challenges. Working well under pressure in order to meet any deadline. Focused as an individual or in a team in order to produce the best results needed.

Career opportunites

Typical Work day is from 6:45am till 17:00pm, the relationship is mutual,i have learn a vast broad information over the last 6mnths with the company, I enjoy working on site being hands on with the work, the most challenging aspects of the job is to make profit in such a tough market

I have learn to give my best in everything I do

Am a mother of one married staying in Pta ,I love challenge and am a hard work .I think skill everyone can learn it but the attitude count's alot I enjoy working with other people.am honest and working nice with everyone I speak more than 7 languages

Stay humble and place others before yourself

I am a hard working individual very focused on completing projects on tine, making money and have a complete non confrontational attitude towards the client and co-contractors as this goes a long way in managing your sites successfully. I like to keep my teams proactive by imprinting positive thinking and to stay target driven.

Best way of gaining experience

I started working as a quality assurance manager in the year 2014, i later on managed the site in order to finish site snags and outstanding work.when i was done i moved to a new site in sandton city where I was manahing my own section and doing administration work at the same time, I later moved to Pretoria and became a junior foreman,where i was also in charge of store room and administration.
