Excellent Learning Curve

Typical work day, input payroll information into the system, provide support to hr and finance departments. Deal with pay and leave queries. Liaising with the safety department with regards to IODs. Confirmation of employement. Salary allocations and job costing. Very good relationship with co workers. Learning more about administration rather than just processing. I enjoy job costing the most and working on excel. Challenges come with leave administration

Pros: Great opportunity for career growth
Cons: Not enough resources to work at 100% capabilities

Strong person skills, ability to work in a team and independently

Compiling Health and Safety Plans for new projects Performing Site Inductions & Audits Attending Meetings Relationship with co workers very good Management taking short-cuts and contractors not wanting to comply to Health and Safety requirements these are some of challenges in my daily work

Pros: Opportunity to get promoted
Cons: Not getting bonus at the end of the year

Excellence learning curve

Nice working with them just politics like every firm, people are easy to be understand. something am not kin with is working hours too much hours less money. not easy to get leave days not sure who suppose to get. management skills are all over the place is up to the person if you don't want to grow.

Pros: great opportunity for growth, less people in my department,
Cons: Start working at 07 knock off 17:00 with 45mins lunch that not work according to money pays off
