Very good learning curve but little to no guidance.

There's a lot to learn everyday, but that learning is most often self taught. There is little to no guidance from senior staff. I work with people of all ages, racial and cultural backgrounds this a an upside when dealing with clients as you are so much more aware of other individuals. There are strict restrictions on bathroom breaks - as a female this is very disheartening at times. Seniors need to understand that no one goes to have a gathering at the loo - it is for a valid reason! There are absolutely no company benefits - no pension/provident fund, no UIF, no workmen's compensation, etc.

Pros: Experience in so many fields at once - Audit, accounting, payroll and tax.
Cons: Long hours, over-time with no remuneration and bad bad bad pay!

Good working environment

its a good learning environment and you get to work along side very intelligent and hard working people.its a great platform that allows you to gain experiences in many ways such as how to meet deadlines and manage your time effectively.

Cons: hard to grow
