Good learning environment

The working environment is very friendly and the staff are welcoming. This creates an atmosphere conducive for learning. I have learnt to work in teams, take responsibility of my personal development (balancing between working and studying) and to work under pressure. I enjoyed the social club programs organised by the social committee. We usually work overtime and sometimes the arrangements to work overtime are not communicated on time hence clashing with personal plans causing frustration.

Pros: Good learning enviroment
Cons: Long working hours and utilising overtime leave was very difficulty due to regular pressure from audit deadlines

Interactions and excellent communication skills

Day to day interactions with Manager and Auditors. Solve queries on VIP and give feedback to the affected individuals Liaising with Tertiary institutions for Graduate Recruitment fairs. Interacting with Auditing institutions for our Auditors membership and registrations. Interviews for Trainees for the new year. Good relationships with Management and employees at large

Excellent learning curve, team player

The company is great, you learn a lot from your leaders, great work environment. Great exposure in the field of interest, and engaging with clients is great. Co-workers are always looking forward to finish the task on time and that also makes you to always do everything on time.

Pros: Great opportunities to develop yourself and for promotion as well

Exellent learning curve

Through my 1 year 8 month experience in internal audit, i obtained good communication as it is important to have it because we always communicate with clients when documenting systems, perform audit test such as enquiry, discussing audit findings as well as presenting audit reports. I have experience in computer skills such as teammate audit software and also applying computer programme such as WORD, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.

Pros: Great opportunity of promotion
Cons: long working hours
