I am a fast learner and a hands on worker.

My day started with morning meeting with staff, do inspections of the food for guest, check all facilities and do admin work. My relationship with co-workers are very profesional and good communications. I have learned a lot of front of house manager to keep the guest happy so they have a good stay with us. The most challenging aspects of the job is to be neutral and keep in mind that the guest come first at all time.

Pros: I want to go further in my career for example to be a lodge or hotel manager.
Cons: I have no problem of working hours.

Career boost

Start at 07H00 in the morning and end at 17H00. Doing Pastel - Creditors and handle all Human Resource aspects of the company. There are a lot of friction between Management. I have learnt a lot since I started in 2011, but at this stage I don't have anything new to learn in my current position. Did apply for internal promotion, they said they don't want to move me from what I'm doing. This tells me that I will always stay in the same position for years to come.

Cons: Never being promoted
