Easy adaptable ,dtnamic environment

Well this system leave me with no choice.I was an exprincial student. Currently I am not working at Nkomati. It is a very dynamic environment with lot to learn.I enjoyed working under less supervision and being able to follow safety rules of the mine.There were so much to learn in a very short space.I enjoyed working with employees with different skills and level of education. Seeing other employees of my age holding a better position in the mine did really motivates me. I learn how to behave in a working environment .Be able to work underpressure and submit results on time.

Never registered for UIF by Nkomati Contractor. Jobless now.

I was working as an operations manager for the famous contractor called iLangabi. After 7 years of work I learned that I was never registered for UIF. One contractor company shareholder disappeard with employees' monies and the contract was ended. Having not a cent to show for it, i am really disappointed wuth the lack of intervention from Nkomati Nickel Mine

Great mine site, but closing down

The mine is closing down and only care and maintenance programs will be conducted as from mid-March 2021 It is a great mine with a great team, but the Nickel price has unfortunately rendered the mine not feasible to operate

Pros: Good company to work for with an excellent management team
