Pay attention to detail

I used to work with 4 engineering foreman doing their admin work and purchasing items for the internally and external purchases plus I would oversee their hours and overtime plus of their artisans Invoices months end report Yearly budget reviews and would help out with capturing Job cards for artisans man work hours and order spares for shut down maintenance to be done on the plant. I really enjoyed my work but sometimes it would be difficult because of the pressure that I would get from the foreman when there is a breakdown at the plant. Working with different people you learn how to behave when you are around certain people and how to work under pressure. I enjoyed the bonuses I would get after three months and being treated special as a lady because it was a man's world. Pressure during shutdown and maintenance or Audits

Duties and Responsibilities ordering spares for shutdown Issuing tools at satellite stores Issuing and receiving PPE Capturing Leave on talenger Capturing Invoices Daily awop report Capturing data (overtime) Stores queries (Invoices) General Admin (Filling) Arranging medical and Induction for contractors Compiling monthly overtime sheet Attendance confirmation Had a good relationship with my collegeus enjoyed working there but sometimes it would be hard because of the pressure that the foreman would get and they would come down on me, Required to work overtime something due to shutdown or mechanical breakdown

Excellent customer service

Iam assigned to 5supervisors that I have to manage their orders on daily basis and also manage their co workers to capture leaves and also provide spares that they need on the daily basis in order to fix the plant

Excellent environment with lot of challenges that make you grow

Excellent environment with lot of challenges that make you grow in leadership, the Co workers were cooperative and helpful, I really liked the company because of the old engineering equipments and system it really gave me an opportunity to bring new ideas and innovations, yes like I said the biggest challenges was old equipments and machines were spares were obsolete and very difficult to maintain, but I saw that as an opportunity for improvement

Minimized the number of call out, and remote start stop pumps at the pit.

maintaining the plant, holding daily safety meeting. ensuring plant is automated and running smooth with limited human interference. ensure production customers are happy with the work i m doing, ensure production target is achieved. ensure maintenance strategy is followed to maximize equipment life span. ensure compliance is achieved in terms of safety, zero harm. I have learn and enjoy doing faulty finding using PLC Siemens TIA portal and navigate myself well on the SCada. ensuring customer satisfactions and ensuring equipment are well managed at limited cost. driving to difference stand alone controllers and ensuring they are well maintained and monitored too.

Pros: Projects implementations to make life better for our customers, maximize production in the process

I have vast experience in supervisory and technical faults finding Responsible for the following • budget Controll • pumps and structural maintenance • seven to eight artisans reporting to me • floatations plant maintenance • chemical plant maintenance

I am diligent, patient, hardworking, cooperative and able to work under pressure and team worker.

Excellent opportunities

Although retrenched, Nkomati mine was a workplace to be envious of. The culture of mutual respect and caring among employees as wel as between employees and management made the workplace ideal for growth and development. Innovative thinking was encouraged and recognition given for individual achievements.

Good working experience

We had a very nice time working and learning at Nkomati mine, like everyone working environment it has its ups and downs. After all the reason for going to work is to advance your skills performing your daily task and reaching your target. And be able to safely go back home to your loved ones
