Project Manger

I am a Project/Construction Manager/Quantity Surveyor with over 3 years' experience in project management, consulting, costing, conducting surveys and planning. Currently I am working for a Grade 8 construction company known as Nkolele Projects as a Project Manager with 7 projects under my belt. I completed my National Diploma in Building in the year 2015. I'm looking for a job to boost my level of knowledge and to gain more experience in the construction industry. I have completed two short courses which are health and safety and Legal liability under the X-FACTOR SAFETY CONSULTANTS Institution and I gained a lot of theory knowledge about safety in a working environment. From January 2014 to January 2015, I was a Quantity Surveying intern at Chauke Quantity Surveyors. I got exposure in construction for a full year.

Pros: High level experience
Cons: Managing multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed working as a safety rep and a first aider. I use to conduct tool box talks in the morning and i would teach the employees about safety. I tauch people who were older than me but they always listened whenever i was teaching them.

Pros: Learning new things everyday
Cons: Too risky
