Ability to grow and promote good human relations

Good human relations at all municipal levels. Cooperative and willing to learn. Communication skills Advice and motivate employees on matters pertaining the employers benefits. Interpret employers conditions of service and policies putted into place. Good understand of VIP system especially leave, capture leave taken on VIP sage monthly and prepare leave register and submitt to Auditor General annually. Skills analysis and preparation work skiĺls plan and responsible for submission thereof. Submit employment equity report. Good supervisory skills Ability to handle under pressure situations. Maintain confidentiality and information management. Liaise with different stakeholders and solve medical aids disputes and pension funds daily. Register employees joined municipality to UIF.

Excellent learning curve

I am a qualified citizen who studied human resources development at vaal university of technology where I obtained my Btech degree in human resources development and my national diploma. I have also done and completed my computer skills in Microsoft office at sedibeng college. I did my internship programme at Nketoana local municipality as HR Intern for 2years and 6months contract whereby I was handling the employees leave report, liaise with the payroll office with regards the employees benefit, liaise with the pension and medical aid funds administrator

Service delivery

I am the person who enjoys challenges at work place because they teach more about work environment and life, friendship at work is the most aspect but not being friend with the manager or supervisor you working under because some people forget theirs roles and feel comfortable.

I have a 7 year experience of Cashbook and Banking at the Municipal Environment

MY typical work day is to work hard on a daily basis and be productive to the company Relationship with co-workers is good most of the time though at times co-workers don't see eye to eye as everyone is different I have learnt that at work we meet different characters of people who are coming from different backgrounds I enjoy being productive at my job and doing my level best to meet the deadlines, I also enjoy working with figures as it gives me more experience to my career and what I have studied Being undermined is a very challenging issue at my work

Pros: Reconciliations are what I excel on , and i hope one day it will give me a promotion
Cons: Woking long hours sometimes makes me lose focus as i get tired
