I am a fast learner dedicated

I am an honest woman. I enjoy working within a team and also individually. In everything I do I make sure that i my all. the challenges that I have in this job is that there are numerous deadlines that are close together and that puts me under pressure if I didn't plan. I've learnt that a workplace shouldn't be a place to be stressed but where you enjoy. my relation with core workers is absolutely good cause we advice each other and help one another.

Pros: where I'm at there's absolutely no chances for promotion
Cons: overtime

A company

A company growing at a slow paste, dependent on students, there is theory and practical electrical classes which is both subjected to my teaching, as for growing with the company it is limited since it it owned by one director who makes all decisions alone, there is not much I learned since I worked here as a lecture. And the salary has remained constant since I started workin here

Pros: no promotiom oppotunity
Cons: 7 to 5
