Upgrade of my overhead crane certificate.

My history employment,I was working for Macsteel Reinforcing as Overhead crane operator for 3 years.However I have decided to resign after I have got another job at NJR Steel as also a Overhead crane operator,Counterballance lift truck and Healthy and safety rep.Anyway I have also resign at Njr Steel because of the empty promises from management.Then I have also find another job at Transvaal Galvanizars as Overhead Crane operator.

Pros: I will be glad if I can be employed for that post so that I can gain more experience in my life.
Cons: I will be so disappointed if could lose this opportunity.

Telephonic sales external sales commission

Amazing,i learned alot when it comes to sales njr steel was the main source of my achievements as a sales person took me to a whole new level on how to get business from client's.

Pros: Nothing exciting besides that you get to keep the company car

i keep busy and do best from the minute i come in. i am a peoples person, communicate and get along well with others and always willing to help wherever i can. i learnt in life there is no short cuts hard work pays of. Anything i do i want results/solutions that makes me happy. Every job comes with challenges, over the years that i have worked i have learnt not to take work problems or issues personally. In this aspect i came across very rude customers. i always keep my cool listen and try to assist where possible.

Pros: we treated each other all like family

Challenging and overwhelming. But also a good learning experience overall. g. Excellent for si gle applicants who do not have depended. Very high responsibility position

Excellent learning curve

To work with the company one must be a team player, as sales gets reviewed as a team. As a goal driven individual, i have succeeded on a monthly and yearly basis, to not only reach, but to exceed my targets. If commission was included in this package, I would probably be happy to stay within the company, but growth is important to me, both financially and personally. I work very well with my co workers and we have built a good relationship over the years.

Cons: no commission, incentives not guaranteed

Brilliant environment

Hard working and a fast learner. Very goal driven and committed.. Easy going and friendly. Honest and reliable. I am always ready to help anyone that's in need. I always prioritize my work that way everything gets completed.

Growth

I started well as a driver got a promotion to counter sales, where I I'd well and then there talks of making me a buyer. I started training and then, started to back track. So I learned that growth is good if the company is allowing you to. I enjoyed working then just things turned sour quickly I guess I was to ambitious for their liking. But I had I good time there, hope the same will happen to next company I go to.

Cons: Not allowed to grow

It a right company when you don't use transport and not paying rent.

I have a family that I need to support, I pay rent and I use transport to to go to work. Now I wish I can just get any job iether then this one. Now I'm not affording my self. I just cant

It was a good learning curve and good company to work at.

It was a friendly space. Where we were allowed to be our own person and we work together as people. Great colleagues. And friendly customers, well not all the time but is was great. Meeting my sales targets. Doing quotation and buying stock I loves it. Face to face encounter with the customers on the daily basis.

Pros: Good working environment.
Cons: Not allowed to grow
