Description of my personality

Work on daily basis Pricing of Bill of Quantities for various types of projects ranging from Building, Civil - Roads, Pipeline. Subcontractors bill of quantities calculation of rate. Negotiating prices with suppliers before award Relationship I have practiced my listening skills and work together to solve the queries raising in a form of questions in relation to the subcontractors, suppliers and Site agent. Lessons learnt I have learnt that I cannot always be correct pay attention to the different view to my view. Enjoyment I enjoy being asked questions because I grow and appreciate construction debate. Challenging aspect We need share the work when it comes to Compliant Applications

Pros: Great opportunity to learn from different person including the Cleaners.
Cons: I am prepared to work long hours

Experience as the only Estimator at work

Decent working environment, where we are not micromanaged. We get the last Friday of the month early knock off due to salary payments. some months we get paid earlier others on time and others late.

Pros: working flexibly
Cons: no benefits
