Cons: Not paying according to agreement and no communication regarding future plans for employees

Technical development

It's the most challenging field. It consists of different subcontractors it which helps me to learn more about the industry of engineering It has alot of experience and adequate engineering information and technical experience.

Pros: A lot of experience
Cons: Long working hours and overtimes
