Well established, great oppertunity to grow with company
Nioro Plastics is a successful PET bottle and preform Manufacturer. They do injection and blow molding. There's various areas of work and many oppertunities for growth. They are a good company that takes care of their employees. They have a good communication system in place to ensure that nothing goes wrong and that the customers are always happy. There's no way you can make a mistake cause training is provided to ensure that mistakes are not made. Its not always smooth sailing but every stumbling block is a learning curve. You get exposure to every department and learn from all areas within the company. Most friendliest staff and Co-workers, working together as a unit to ensure production runs smooth. Always room for growth. What's most challenging is the fact that you have to be hands on and focused at all times. No room for mistakes. It's seriously a high pressured environment but a Great company to work for!

Interested in exploring other avenues and applying what I have learned over the years
I am currently employed as a production supervisor at Nioro Plastics.Some of my current duties include:managing a production team (including technicians,team leaders and general workers),ensuring that production targets are met as required per job card,time management and handling discipline.
