Excellent Learning Opportunity

Ninzi-Connect Software provides an excellent learning opportunity and exposure to different client environments, architecture and systems in the Telecommunications, Banking and Insurance Industries.The software solutions offered aim for collections and sales environments in call centre environments, this varies between predictive dialler, campaign management, workforce management, quality management, etc.A typical work day includes working between various customer sites in different environments and under different processes.Majority of the work is project-related and requires team-work, I work well individually and as a team member.I have learnt different client environments in the banking and insurance industries pertaining to collections and sales environments as well as software solutions which accommodate these various environments.I enjoy the project work.

Self discovery

My experience of working with Ninzi connect software helped me realize how much of a passion I have for learning new products and how I enjoy the pre-sales and post sales processes . As a business support consultant I learned how to interact with customers, of all executive levels. I learnt how to conduct presentations for product knowledge, selling the product and post sales of the product after installation.
