My Job experience

Good day, I have a very challenging job, but enjoy the challenge. Working with different aspects of the business, it is highly rewarding to see tasks completed successfully within strict deadlines. The most challenging part of my job is to work with extremely strict deadlines with limited resources to complete tasks. I have worked from home for my company since April 2018 when they faced hardship, so I am functioning quiet well on my own with the discipline it requires when one works from home. At the same time, I enjoyed working at the office with all my colleagues and get along with my co workers well, good team player and always assisted where needed.

Pros: Healthy and fair working environment
Cons: Receiving salary late every month

Excellent communication skills, excellent team work, ability to effectively manage time, attention to detail, strong work ethic and leadership skills, typical work days are rather exhausting, excellent relationship with co-workers, I've gained more focus and control over certain situations, I enjoy meeting new people and socializing, my most challenging aspect was trying not to be the best at everything inorder to hand in opportunities for other employees I've made friendship with.

Pros: Work hard to EARN a promotion
Cons: Working overtime

Excellent leadership skills

Controlling and checking stock Receiving and ordering of stock monitoring and checking admin work stock taking maintaining food cost dealing with customer complain Ensuring the best are being receive by our customers for the value of their money organised and able to handle any pressure

Pros: i push and do my best in order my work to be recognized and be rewarded
Cons: i can work long hours in order to achieve my goal

An learning curve with directors

It was a big learning curve in the running and management of a restaurant. Kitchen management, customer service. Unfortunately the directors did not believe the warnings about old staff. Its proven to me to keep rotating managers to prevent them from influencing the systems and customer service.

Cons: Directors and bosses not interested in new ideas

Excellent worker

Im a very loyal, harworkong, excellent fast learner, humble , great ,vibrant,talkative,people's person. My passion lies where there is opportunities for a challenge. My topical workday consist of doing admin, daily staff checks,invoicing ,filing,ordering stock , dealing with over 300 client or more per day,making them feel comfortable walking into the restuarant. The experience of my work are new everyday.You learn how to deal with friendly or clients that are unfriendly .How people react and how spesigic they are. I love working with people that are not affraid to learn from me and sometimes i learn from them. Most challenging is to keep my clients happy ,wanting a "wow factor".

Pros: Meeting new people
Cons: Long working hours ,7 days a week ,no weekend off
