Stressful and Sad

Incredibly stressful, I feel that employees are not provided with proper training resulting in some employees taking on more work to carry the load of others. High volumes with not enough staff members. Management manage staff by fear - bullying and threating people so they are scared to bring up issues. Most members in management have been there for a long period of time and are not opened to change and new ideas.

Pros: We get shares after a few years of service
Cons: Hard work not recognised. Difficult to get promoted. Blocked from new positions
