Great family dynamic bad salary

i have been a Nimble for five years now and i can say that i grew alot in this this time and in my current line of work i feel that i deserve a better salary and i need more forfulment.

Great learning curve.

A typical work day is always working hard but having fun while doing it, it makes your jib seem much more fun and time goes fast when there is some fun. I have learn that how to manage myself without being monitored all day specially when you have a bad day and just feel like walking out, know how to handle difficult clients while not taking their opinions personally is the best way to be happy at work.

Pros: Good in promotions and development.
Cons: Fixing what is not broken.

A typical day at work would be reaching your daily target and making sure you keep your company's interest at heart. Full knowledge of your product ( work) to ensure the best results. Makind a conceted effort to get to know and understand your co-workers ability proffesionally and be curteous toward each of them. I have learnt alot and would love to learn more in order to give more. I enjoy working with on a face to face basis with clients; as well as telephonically and make sure we all have a win-win solution. I belief that if we reach a mutual understanding there will will be no unnecessary queries. If you have full knowledge of your work; you will be able to overcome all objectives as well as being an excellent query solver.

Good team player, i reach my target,

i have a good relationship with co workers, i have learnt that you must push your yourself to the limit and always listen to the customers, work as a team, i enjoy the happy hour and team lunch, challenges that i face i work long hours , payments on posted in time

Pros: challenging but its also exciting
Cons: long hours
