Off course working with customers its not easy but l learn to love people and study there mind and there situation and being able to convince them to like my opinions is order to make things easier for them, I learn to be polite always you meet different character but I learn not be personal but to be as intermediate is assisting for there good as well as for the company advantage, handling calls its been my feed so I automatically enjoy it . though I did debt review but I have been put in debt collection often times which I expanded more light with customers as well with supervision we learn to follow the lead in order to mate my target of the day.

Pros: Yes customers habit always turn to affect your good service but my response matter an my English should be simple to be understood
Cons: I worked 7am till 16:30 usually 17 depending on the supervisor schedule

In looking for better opportunity and learning more,

I enjoy I enjoy everything except for the salary I need good salary and I'm a committed person and loose what I do and a good team player, I'm committed and I'm always at work on time

Challenging working environment all the time. Learning about new product and presentation. Young and talented colleagues.

Pros: Supervisor and possibly to be a Team leader.
Cons: Normal working hours eg eight hours so as to avoid stress amongst the fellow workers

Learning curve

Not a very healthy environment to work in... they threaten your job on a daily basis . Implement something new everyday and just expect one to do it .

Perfect learning curve

I have worked as a customer service consultant for over 10 years. The roles that I have worked in from a collections agent to a Team Manager position (currently SARS Dept.) have created a huge customer experience for me. It has helped me grow within the customer journey path. This position will enable me to show case my excellent customer skills and customer journey experiences. The current job I am in has polished and strengthened my leadership skills as it demands a lot of problem solving, paying attention to detail, analyzing and developing my subordinates. So the vast experience I have now will ensure that I take this company to another level of perfection!

Friendly enviroment

What I like about where I am working now is that I work with friendly people who late you work independently but when asking for help they are there to help you. Me and my colleagues have a great relationship we share launch and our personal interests and what we go through in life. The most defficult part is when collecting an unemployed customer where you have to be sympathetic and assertic at the same time

Pros: They give you the opportunity to study
Cons: Salary is way less

Excellent leadership skills

Team orientated. People orientated. Vibrant call centre. Working hours are good 7:30 until 16:00. Monitoring time management. Discipline issues. Team performance.ensuring service delivery to our clients is of utmost importance.Good team player that interacts with all levels of management. I have learnt to work under very stressful conditions. How to prioritize my daily activities. I enjoy the environment and constant changes . The most challenging is dealing with different people and unique personality

Great learning exprience

I make sure I prep my work for the call backs. I work well with anybody new or old. The tack ticks of debtors on the phone be prepared. I live collections, advise people how to work on a budget. When I request for this and it does not get done.

Collections

Working as collection Agent but I want something to change. But I'm working close with my Manager. Working hours from 07:30 to 15:45. What I learn I develop how to work with Team also develop the leadership Skills because my manager most of the timr she use me to communicate with The team for me as I start there I see huge improvement. I will be happy to start something new I have working in call Centre more than While.

Good

Team player, work smart, trustworthy and dedicated. I enjoy handling difficult clients because that where my knowledge and skills are tested and polished. Reaching targets keeps me motivated and focused on my daily goals. I used to struggle with rude clients especially when they are abusive towards me until I learned that their comments is not directed at me but at the company, that helped me to cope and look for ways overturn client bad experience to a positive one. Collection is an exciting field for me.

Pros: Working for Nimble is a great experience because there is more to learn within collection.
Cons: Working hours are favorable and flexible
